New York State Route 19 is a 109 mile long, north/south state highway in Western New York that runs from Lake Ontario to Pennsylvania. It begins at the Lake Ontario Parkway in Hamlin, west of Rochester. It runs south, crossing State Route 31 in Brockport, I-490 and I-90 near Bergen, US 20 in Pavillion, US 20A in Warsaw, NY 39 near Pike, and I-86/NY 17 near Belmont. It ends at Pennsylvania Route 449 at Willing.
