County Road 5, also called the Post Road, is a main road that goes from Hall to Route 5 and 20 by the Casella Landfill. It is only five miles long. In Hall it is in line with Route 14A at the intersection, running exactly north and south. The Seneca Transfer Station is located at the north end by the landfill.
