The Arnold Potter House, known locally as the Potter Mansion, is a very large historic frame house located in the Town of Potter on Voak Road just off Route 364. It dates to 1790, approximately when it was built by early settler Arnold Potter. There is a rumor that he etched his initials into the original windows with a ring. The house is a very large five-by-five bay (window sections) full two-story house. It is one of the oldest structures in the region and is a listed property with the US Parks Department (NRHP).
